  • Contact form data: full name, work email (optional), phone (optional), and message.
  • Usage data: device/browser details, pages viewed, general usage metrics, and standard server logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: necessary cookies for site operation; analytics cookies (if consented).

4) How we use your data

  • Respond to and manage enquiries submitted via the contact form.
  • Provide, operate, and secure our site/services.
  • Improve site performance and user experience (analytics, if enabled by consent).

7) reCAPTCHA (abuse prevention)

We use reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By default, we host services in UAE data centres. Some subprocessors (e.g., analytics, anti‑abuse) may process data in other jurisdictions. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who support hosting, security, analytics (if consented), and communications; and as required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety.

  • Contact form submissions: retained as long as necessary to respond and maintain business records, typically up to 24 months.
  • Security logs: retained per security and compliance needs.
